Getting Started
Whether you choose a membership or a trial, please come to the gym for your first visit at the following times so we can complete paperwork and provide a 1‑on‑1 orientation with a coach:
Teens and Adults (13+): Monday at 6:30 PM
Kids (7–12): Tuesday at 5:30 PM
Training Gear
We recommend purchasing your own gear, but rentals are available for $15 per day (gloves + shin guards).
16oz gloves for teens/adults (sold in‑gym for $90)
10–14oz gloves for kids (12oz sold in‑gym for $60)
Hand wraps ($8 in‑gym)
Shin guards (not sold in‑gym; available online)
